Each of these apply different graphics to Minecraft�s standard swords, so even without models for other mods, you can get weapons that look like maces, flails, lightsabers, hammers, bats and wands, just to name a handful of the different graphics available. To be honest, there are actually several different versions of the 3D Sword Pack � 10 different packs in all. As it is, the pack only works with vanilla Minecraft swords, but there are plans to include new models for a number of custom weapons added by mods. The 3D Sword resource pack makes swords look a lot better than they normally do by giving them 3D models and a brand new look.
Some will rely on enchanted bows to kill each other from afar, but unless you�re dealing with wide open spaces or bodies of water, the odds to actually land an arrow are pretty low.
Swords are often the weapon of choice in Minecraft when fighting against monsters or dueling with other players.
